Only Sprouts Recipes

Veg Sprouts Frankie Roll 
(Complete Meal, Finger Food)
Nutritious, Tasty & Quick!


Ingredients:
Chapatis: 100 gms Whole Wheat Dough

Batter:
100 gms Mixed Sprouts (3 parts Millet & 1 part Pulses) wash them well
2-3 Hot green chillies (as per the taste)
1 Small Onion
Ginger/Garlic Optional
Little Fresh Coriander
3-4 Fresh Curry Leaves
1 tsp Fresh Lemon Juice / 1 Cup Buttermilk
Salt to taste

1/2 cup Water

Seasoning:

1 tsp Chat Masala
1 tbsp Cooking Oil
1 tbsp Mayonnaise (optional)
1 tbsp Tomato Sauce (optional) 
Green Salad Leaves, Tomato Slices (Optional)

Green Chutney:

1 cup Fresh Pudina (Green Mint)
1 cup Fresh Coriander
2-3  Hot green chillies (as per the taste)
1 tsp Fresh Lemon Juice
1/2 tsp Chat Masala
3-4 Fresh Curry Leaves
1/2 Small Onion
1 tbsp Water

Procedure:
 
Chutney: Mix all the ingredients & grind well till the smooth consistency.

Mix Sprouts Batter: Mix all the ingredients of batter & grind well till the smooth consistency.

Roll the thin chapati put one side on hot pan, let it cook for 10 sec, then spread the batter (thickness like uttappa) on the top of it, with heat the batter would start to thicken, let it cook for next 15 sec, put few drops of oil on the spread batter & slowly, gently turn it over, let it crisp for 30-40 seconds, cook it from both sides.

On the spread batter part, spread some green chutney (tomato sauce, mayonnaise optional) as per the taste. Sprinkle some chat masala on the top. Fold 1 inch from one side keep that as a base to hold entire stuffing & start rolling till the end. Fry both the sides again on hot pan.

Wrap a butter paper or tissue paper around the bottom half part & serve hot !
